Important Information:
ADMISSION: Prices do not include admission to attractions or meals unless otherwise marked with a *.
SEATS: Please inform our office staff at time of booking if you have any specific needs.
PAYMENT: by debit cad only is required within 7 days of booking unless previously agreed with the
management of Blakes Coaches.
CANCELLATION: must be notified to our reservations office. If more than 5 days before excursion
date, it will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee of the coach element and 100% of the admission,
ticket or meal as applicable, which we will have purchased in advance. If 5 or less days before
excursion date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total paid.

CONCESSIONS: Special fares are available on some excursions for senior citizens and children aged
under 14 years. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
DISCOUNTS: are available for group bookings of more than 25 seats on same excursion.
GENERAL: We reserve the right to cancel excursions should insufficient numbers be booked or adverse
weather conditions dictate. We also reserve the right to replace executive coaches with standard if
needed although this will be avoided as far as possible. All departures are operated by Blakes Coaches
Ltd, East Anstey, Tiverton, Devon EX16 9JJ and all passengers are carried in accordance with the
company’s booking conditions and conditions of carriage 1999.
